Terms and Conditions

1. Accounts

Accounts for children are created and managed by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the account and its use.

2. Earning Kix points

Teachers at partner activity providers award Kix points. Kix may correct balances that were awarded in error or through misuse.

3. Redeeming prizes

Kix points can be redeemed for prizes in the Kix catalog while stocks last. Kix points have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.

Prize availability may change. If a prize cannot be delivered, we will offer a suitable alternative or return the Kix points.

4. Activity providers

Partner providers are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own classes, staff and services. Kix is responsible for the rewards program and prizes.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to earn Kix points dishonestly or interfere with its security.

6. Ending an account

You can close an account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Unused Kix points may expire after a long period of inactivity, with notice.

7. Liability

Kix is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the services of partner providers.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws where Kix operates.
