1. Information we collect

Student accounts: first and last name, email address, month and year of birth, the activity providers they attend, username (optional).

Activity provider (admin) accounts: business details and the staff accounts used to award Kix points.

Parent accounts: email address, first and last name, phone number (optional).

2. How we use it

To run Kix point balances, deliver prizes to activity providers, support accounts and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not use children’s data for advertising.

3. Parental consent

Your child’s activity provider will be in contact with you to set up and control each child’s account. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children without that consent.

4. Sharing between providers

Kix point balances are shared across partner providers. Each provider sees only what it needs to award Kix points to children enrolled with it, not their enrollment or activity at other providers.

5. Service providers

We use trusted vendors for hosting, email and prize delivery. They may only use the data to provide those services to us.

6. Retention and security

We keep data only as long as an account is active or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

7. Your rights

Parents can ask to access, correct or delete their own or their child’s data at any time by contacting their activity provider.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and let account holders know about significant changes.
